Senior Visual Designer - Shanghai

Your mission

establish creative direction and visual identity system for internal and external projects.
develop brand that stands out from the competition and resonates with target audience.
lead visual design strategy, positioning, data visualization and typefaces for advertising and communication.
turn purpose and strategy into aspirational stories through visuals, writing, and other media.
collaborate with designers with different backgrounds such as design strategists, industrial designers, and design researchers to develop a holistic design for our clients.
support the team with guidance for visual expression.
build narratives and presentations that wow clients.

Your profile

5+ years of industry work experience as a visual designer or similar title, preferably in an international design-agency or prominent in-house design setting
in-depth knowledge of graphic and UI design principles.
solid understanding of leveraging visual mindset and your excellent craft skills to express brand and product identity.
keen sense for details and outstanding visual design skills, using Adobe CC, Figma or Sketch, or other visual- and interaction-design tools.
natural presence, healthy ambition and high emotional intelligence.
convincing critical thinking, outstanding creativity and excellent presentation skills
experience and passion on photography would be a plus.
excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English.
