Your profile
- 5+ years of industry work experience as an industrial designer in an international setting.
- strong capability in art direction and form exploration, with a clear sense for aesthetics, proportion, and design language.
- proven client leadership experience, including leading meetings, workshops, and presentations.
- convincing critical thinking, outstanding creativity and excellent presentation skills.
- proven ability to design, plan, articulate and lead complex interdisciplinary projects with method and minimal supervision
- keen sense for detail and outstanding craft skills, especially in hand-sketching, Adobe Creative Cloud, Rhino or SolidWorks, KeyShot, and Blender or Cinema 4D.
- confident coverage of topics beyond your core discipline: e.g. CMF, research, brand-strategy, UX/UI.
- native-level Chinese (Mandarin) and fluent English, spoken and written (essential)
- natural presence, emotional intelligence, and maturity; people leadership experience is a plus.
