As Senior Design Researcher you are a seasoned veteran of qualitative research. You are great with people and have an eery sixth-sense for tacit desires, and are expert at spotting insights.
Working at the intersection of research and strategy, you are routined in conceiving and coordinating creative research plans, and fully understand how to make them work for clients.
Feeling right at home in innovation projects, you are comfortable taking on a broad range of different project-roles, and are confident in both, collaborating in or leading interdisciplinary projects

- design, scope and prepare qualitative research activities (e.g. write screeners, discussion guides, stimuli materials, etc.)
- conduct and direct trend-, desktop- and field-research activities, and identify intriguing insights
- create compelling point of views that inspire clients to take action
- design, and conduct insights and innovation workshops with colleagues and clients
- define and explore innovation-fields and concept ideas with other designers
- build narratives and presentations that wow clients
- design, plan, articulate and lead interdisciplinary innovation-projects and teams
